What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

It is absolute nonsense to allow men to self identify as women and then pretend that you have met a gender balance. It demonstrates how ridiculous and unserious you are as a government that you think this is in any way appropriate. It will make Wales look a laughing stock and a government full of woke, wacky nonsense rather than a credible government of serious politicians. This may play to a tiny minority of activists that you surround yourself with, but it is consistently unpopular with normal people. It makes you look like tinpot despots trying to force your idiocy on the population at large. A travesty for Welsh history.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

You really are behaving like tinpot despots out of touch with reality and the issues important to the people of Wales. The Senedd is proving to be an embarrassment in its focus on misogynistic niche issues. Making Wales look a laughing stock on the world stage.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

You know FULL WELL you are outside the scope of legislatory competence. I seem to know more about the reserved powers than the jokers employed in Welsh Government. You are going to waste more money on an issue you know is ultra vires. Shame on you and your arrogance and incompetence with other people’s money.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

Apart from being a laughing stock in the world, you will harm women’s rights. How much misogyny is enough for you jokers? RFU and Plaid Cymru misogyny will look tame compared to what you’re describing.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

Your incompetence and refusal to acknowledge the truth staring you in the face is staggering. People will be regretting electing such fools into office

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

You are incompetence personified. Despite being told by your own advisors that you don’t have the powers and despite watching Scotland waste an absolute fortune on the same issue, you are still sticking your heads in the sand. I wouldn’t trust you to be competent enough to run a school tuck shop. We will be voting you out at the next Senedd elections because you are simply not in any way fit for government. Watch the SNP for a preview. Treating the electorate as fools is going to be your downfall.

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

I wouldn’t trust you to run a school tuck shop. Your knowledge of legislative competence is laughable. As someone who knows the reserved powers in some detail, I am appalled at your ignorance and stupidity. You don’t understand how to balance the rights of different groups and have instead decided to pander to a group of shouty men and therefore break the actual law. Women will organise and expose your stupidity to the world.

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Quality? Is that some sort of joke? You have been told you don’t have the competency or power to do this and you’re pretending that you haven’t noticed. You really are the worst kind of dictatorial zealots. Fiddling whilst Rome is burning. The contempt in which the people hold you will steadily rise.

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Any Welsh Government that refuses to listen to the voices of Welsh women is going to find itself exposed. And I don’t mean the men in dresses that call themselves laydees. You are utterly contemptible to have refused to meet with any women’s groups and you have already destroyed a generation of young girls’ progress on the world stage by destroying their sports, their ability to safely use toilets at school and the wave of extreme misogyny and pornography sweeping through school age boys.

Try to focus on actual issues that the people of Wales care about, not your little clique of pervert activists. It’s embarrassing to see how incompetent you are as a government now.
